Police Chief’s Wife Sentenced for Sexual Relationship with Student

Emma Delaney Hancock will spend the next four years behind bars for soliciting sex from a 15-year-old student. Hancock met the student when she was substitute teaching at an Oklahoma high school. The 28-year-old is the wife of her town’s police chief and was the mayor’s daughter. Law&Crime’s Sierra Gillespie explains the details of the case.
